Hi! It is just too cold to go outside to do any kind of workout! I wish I could be more motivating and write “Oh I just came back from a long morning workout” but nope, I stayed in and rolled out my yogamat and made everything from situps to squats for over an hour (at least!). It was not that easy as it sounds like, and meh, I am not a big fan of working out at home, I prefer being outside. It just feels strange when you jumping around sweating next to your kitchen table, and later on have dinner there. Or is that just me? In our previous house, we had made a gym in the basement that I shared with a neighbour of ours, that was great!
Now, finally I feel good again, something which I kept for myself was that I was stomach sick almost for the past 5 days…for some reason this happens to me each time it gets really cold outside, and I can’t understand how minus degrees and my stomach can be connected? The only good thing is that I definitely don’t need any diet after Christmas, this has now been taken care of and I think all the extra kilos of christmas food went away and even more! Ah! But I am truly lacking water so now when it finally seems to be over I try to drink two liters of water everyday to flush all bacterias out. If anyone has the same “winter problem” let me know! HUGS!
