Good good morning, one of my favourite fruits is pineapple. I could eat it everyday! Pineapple juice, ice-cream, as it is, pineapple drinks or carpaccio. I made a pineapple juice juice last night wanted to tell you my 3 favourite benefits of the fruit and how to make a good pineapple juice.
The top three health benefits of pineapple juice or eating pineapple in general are;
- Firstly, my stomach: digestion and gut health is as pineapples in general are easily digested and don’t result in bloating or gas. This is my recipe for a good pineapple juice;
- 1/2 pineapple (peal it)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 dl water
- 1 fennel
- 1/2 lemon
