Then the question came; you should really join the gym and we an go together over lunch a friend of mine said last week. And with Zurich being super snowy, slippery and cold like a fridge I must admit the offer was tempting! But I am really not found of gyms in general and like to workout outside, but this harsh winter is just making it difficult so I needed to think it over this weekend before signing up.
Last night I decided that I should wake up early, roll out my yogamat and do a couple of exercise and stretching and after that decide what to do. A half hour training made my mind clear and I realised the value for money function does not go up in my head so I decided to do all I can at home in January and February, and then hopefully we will see some warm weather and sunshine again allowing outdoor runs in the morning.

(I usually say… dig where you stand and no need to ad extra expensive things and subscription to your life, just use what you have at home and the nature outside, that is the best gym there is).
