There is so much to love right now, the summer mornings, the birds singing at sunrise, the lake glittering and the warm breeze. We had breakfast on the balcony this morning. Nothing complicated, a banana-avocado smoothie.
We woke up early this morning, at six o clock the alarm went of. We had already prepared our sports clothes the night before, a must, if we ever going to make it out of the door for our morning run. The run was easy and I felt light in my body. I guess it’s the heat, I love to work out during warm summers.
Avocado and banana, heavy fruits, are both great after a run. I’m always getting really hungry after sports and a small bread or a yoghurt is too little. My smoothie consisted of:
✿ 1 Avocado
✿ 1 Banana
✿ 2 dl of coconut milk
✿ 2 ice cubes
✿ 1 handful of walnuts
