My god, since yesterday all has been a little messy! I posted the wrong post this morning without text, I lost both my credit card and driving licence yesterday in the slope, and when I wanted to block it Swisscard didn’t manage to and this morning we over slept and as well as I putted my shirt inside out almost for half of the day. Gosh! Sometimes I have those days!
But what I haven’t forgotten is my daily workout routine.
This morning I went for a short run in fact only 20 minutes and afterwards I went down to our stairs outside our house to basically run up and down 10 times. Sounds pretty silly but so effective! In addition I made squats, split-jumps and walking slowly up the stairs crunching my leg towards my belly. All in all a 40 minutes very efficient workout.
