Good morning darlings, did you have breakfast yet? If not, then maybe I can inspire you to have a pineapple juice. I made a delicious pineapple juice last Sunday and I still have half of it left in the fridge. Yummy!
So what are my favourite “benefits of pineapple juice”?
Pineapples are fantastic to heal your body, especially good to drink after doing sports as it contains the enzyme Bromelain (it also helps bruising… great for me as I get bruises so easily!). And as many other fruit it contains high levels of Vitamin C; which I usually think of as the “beauty vitamin” great for your nails, skin and eyes. The “secret ingredient” in pineapple juice is the fertility booster; yep, it boosts fertility in both men and women, so if you want to get pregnant fast then eat or drink pineapple! And my favourite thing with drinking or eating Pineapple is that it helps bloating and overall digestion; a good tips is to eat pineapple as a desert (most restaurants offer that if you ask for it).
So right now I’m having a glass of pineapple juice and a handful of nuts for breakfast. I will have lunch with my friend Tatiana today, so I prefer light breakfast as we are going to have sushi, and I love sushi!! <3 Enjoy the day!
