The last couple of days I’ve felt a bit exhausted, grumpy and lacking motivation to really push through. I guess thats normal sometimes, one cannot always be high on life. But, I also believe thatI I’m capable of changing the mood when deciding to do so. So my self-cure has been to have two completely work-free evenings were I’ve changed my laptop to two long walks, watering my flowers on the balcony, baked two cakes and hanging on the couch watching tv.
Last night I decided that today I will wake up on the bright side and no more grumpiness. I started my day with a morning run followed by a swim, I turned on Tina Turner and Simply the best on loudspeaker while I showered and painted my lips red. I picked one of my dresses that makes me feel great and my new high heels, and I walked out the door with a smile on my lips. The best mood booster’s ever! This day is going to be successful!
