Good morning! Gosh since I came back from the Detox I’ve had so strange dreams about my partner, our house and it feels like a storm inside me! Therefore I went for a run this morning to get some inner peace. They told me at Shantisom (where I was last week) that stretching the body, which we did a lot during our many yoga sessions, is not only making the muscles more flexible, it also releases stress and tension and apparently old emotions (the reason why many of the muscles get tense in the first place).
So stretching is essential for keeping the body, the mind and the soul in good shape, and this morning I did stretch after my run, although inside the house as it’s too cold to be doing anything outside for the moment.
