I love smoothie for breakfast, and this morning I had a blueberry banana smoothie. Firstly, it looks delicious with this lovely lavender colour and all the blueberries hopefully helps to get rid of the last pieces of this flu. I love to take a stroll on my balcony in the morning while having my tea or smoothies like this one. I have a good overview up here, of both the lake, the mountains and the city and the view makes me so calm, like feeling in control of what is happening out there.
It’s incredibly hot here today and I’m planning to go down to the lake later for a swim. It’s already 29 degrees in the shade and it not even midday. We spent last night at the lake, a small picnick with wine, cheese pie and melon. It was a magic evening.
If you wish to make the same smoothie for lunch, let me inspire you with my simple recipe;
2 frozen bananas (yes, peel the banana and freeze it in a box), two handful of blueberries, 1dl of coconut milk, 1 dl of water and adding vanilla pulver if you like it sweeter. Have a lovely day!
