Good morning blueberry lovers! Last night I made a blueberry juice that I could have for breakfast today, as blueberries are said to cure stomach illness. (I am better now, but I do everything to not get it back!) I mashed down two handfull of blueberries and 3 oranges in my juicer. Yummy! I must admit that last night I pre-tasted a little after dinner as it looked so delicious. Blueberry juice most of the times becomes very creamy, almost like a smoothie so I like to have it for breakfast as it fills me up.
