Boost With Winter Juice

I woke up by the sound of someone walking on the balcony – I looked out and saw my fiancé trying to capture the sunrise with his camera. It was magical. The snow has started to fall here in Switzerland, and some, or maybe most of us are plagued with cold and flu due to lowered immunity (like me!!). Where has the sun gone?

So, during this season, we need an active immune system and fight diseases and, the one thing we can do for our bodies is to feed them a diet rich in vegetables and fruits. And juices are great for that! Easily drinkable in bed, at the breakfast table or on the go on a busy day – So let me share my booster juice recipe, perfect for a cold morning like this! Instructions:  

Wash all produce well, Add the Juice ingredients in your juicer, Serve and enjoy.

4-5 Large Carrots, 2 Oranges 1-2, 1 Lemon, 2 Slices of ginger
