Lets talk health and sports for a moment, one of those things I cannot live without. Sports are part of my daily life and I don't even consider it being a burden, rather the opposite; it's a burden if I can't do it. On weekends I always take long walks including some strengthening exercises if the weather and location allows. Let me show you how a typical Saturday morning looks like for me.
One hour of fast walking
My usual round is 7km and takes one hour. I always listen to the radio in the morning, or sometimes a podcast.
Fifteen minutes of strengthening exercises
