Good customer service should be rewarded, especially when it’s personal and lovely. Our Moooi Heracleum lamp is broken, just a small part that has moved and needs to be reattached. I reached out to the Swiss representative and got nothing else than a “slap in the face” but when contacting the actual Moooi company in Holland I received warm virtual hugs, a postcard and the broken piece. It’s incredible what great customer service can do for the soul, and what bad ones can break it. Now, time to fix my lamp! Have a lovely day and thanks again Moooi and Eva!
