My Christmas Tree

Now it's only six days left for Christmas Eve and here it's snowing like never before! Wonderful Christmas spirit! During Saturday’s walk, we passed our village’s little square with Christmas tree sale and took a quick decision not to purchase a Christmas tree this year.

We spend Christmas elsewhere than at home, and the burden of the tree is greater than the joy, as we only get back home in next year. So no tree this year. Such a pity when I bought such beautiful Christmas decorations for the tree. But instead of nagging about that, I decided to decorate our leaf-lamp that will serve as our Christmas tree this year.

These beautiful things I have bought at Artilleriet, my favourite store in Gothenburg. I chose between these below and picked the red bulb, the horse, and the gold leaves and the second colourful bulb.

In my Christmas tree there is no theme, nor a special color code. I always want my Christmas tree to contain lots of different colours while the decoration around the house, or the room can be kept simple and solid. How do you like Christmas decorations?
