Good morning! It’s a new day, a new week and a new start! As you might know by now I’m a big fan of Mondays just for the reason that one gets the opportunity to start fresh and make it a little bit better than the week before. Monday’s are also a great day to train. If I start my Monday with a workout as the first thing I do in the morning I get the feeling of already having accomplished something and that feeling makes me confident that I can go onto the next task and accomplish that too. My workout today was not very long; it included a short run of 20 minutes and 3 sets of squats. But it’s enough for me to kickstart my week and stay on top of my agenda.
This week’s highlight will be my trip to Sweden on Friday, I am taking an early flight to Gothenburg on Frida morning to meet with my Swedish bank and then afterwards spending a weekend at home with my parents. I really looking forward to rest a bit and eat seafood! What does your week include?
